Compensation

A competitive salary package will be offered, commensurate with qualifications, experience, and the responsibilities of the role.

  • Native English-Speaking Teachers: Starting from 50,000 Baht per month and above
  • Non-Native Positions: Compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s qualifications, relevant experience, and the requirements of the position.

Highly qualified candidates may be considered for an enhanced compensation package.
The school reserves the right to determine the final offer and benefits package at its sole discretion.

Qualifications

Native English-Speaking Teachers

  • Native English speaker from the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, or New Zealand
  • Bachelor’s degree (Education or related field preferred)
  • Recognized teaching qualification (e.g., US teaching license, PGCE)
  • Minimum 1–2 years of relevant teaching experience (additional experience will be an advantage)

Non-Native Positions

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • Strong command of English (TOEIC, IELTS, or equivalent is advantageous)
  • Relevant experience appropriate to the role
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaborative skills
